Terms of Service for Blu Industries LLL

Welcome to Blu Industries LLL. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

### 1. Work Performed

- All work performed by Blu Industries LLL will be carried out as specified in the written work order and quote provided to you.

- Blu Industries LLL will only perform the work noted in the written quote. Any additional work required must be added to the quote and will incur additional charges.

### 2. Payment Terms

- Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service completion.

- If a deposit is required, it must be paid before the commencement of work as detailed in the quote.

- Property management companies, realty companies, and similar entities shall be granted a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of service completion to make payment without incurring penalties.

### 3. Quality Assurance

- Any issues concerning the quality of work must be reported to Blu Industries LLL within 48 hours of work completion. 

- No corrections or complaints will be accepted after the 48-hour window has elapsed.

### 4. Late Payment Policy

- Payments received later than 7 calendar days from the date of service will incur a late fee of $50.00 and will accrue interest at a rate of 10% per month (calculated quarterly).

- If the payment remains outstanding for 14 days or more from the original due date, the property may be subject to a lien, and an additional fee of $500.00 will be added to your outstanding balance to cover legal costs.

### 5. Legal Fees

- Additional attorney’s fees may be incurred if it becomes necessary to recover any outstanding funds.

### 6. Quotes and Estimates

- All quotes and estimates provided by Blu Industries LLL are valid for 7 days only. After this period, quotes and estimates become void and may not be honored.

### 7. Acceptance of Terms

By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
